Shing Fung Products Limited, which was founded in 2002, is specialized in plastic and mold designing, tools making, plastic manufacturing, spray painting, silk-screen, assembling, etc. Shing Fung is a company which accumulated rich experience in mold designing, plastic injection technologies. The strength of our company is abundant, the quality of our products is credibility, and we have two departments in China: Mould and Injection. Mould Department—Shenzhen Jianyi Plastic Mould Company , which located in Buji, area of about 8000 square meters, is specialized in mould designing and manufacturing , precision and complex plastic mould .And it become a member of the standing director corporation of Shenzhen machinery association in China. We have advanced and precise equipments in mold designing and machining/ manufacturing; such as, OKK High Speed Machining Center, Charmille EDM, Sodick and precision Numerical Control Y-Cut etc. and we can produce more than 500 sets of mould per year. Injection Department—shenzhen Nanho Huayi Plastics Products Limited, it also located in Buji town in Shenzhen, areas of 20000 square meters, is specialized in all kinds of precise and complex injection. We have two sets of Germany Arburg precision injection machines and nearly sixty injection machines between 80T and 500T, and our annual throughput can reach 5000T. In addition, we have a spray production line, tampo printing production line and silk screen printing production line. To complete products with quality finishing, we also have ultrasonic welding, foil print and heat transfer printing. We have a strong technical Engineering Department: The Mould Department, 70% of the staffs are professional technicians in mold designing and manufacturing, all of them have great comprehensive quality in development and gain good command of PC skills, they are skillful in operating software, such as CAD/CAM/CAE、AutoCAD、PowerMILL、UG、Pro/Engineer、Solidwords、Moldflow,etc. To work systematically from cosmetics of products，analysis of injection runner, parting, drawing, designing of copper electrode, process programming to the final process step of detailed craftwork programming (Y-Cut program). The Injection Department have more than 600 staffs, 80 % of them are professional technicians. The administration team is a group of talents who own high-tech and high scholars, most of them are the elites of mould field, or graduates of famous universities, they can handle the variable market exactly and serve our customers better. In management, we implement the quality managing system ISO9001:2000 and ROHS standard. In order to improve environment, enhance quality and create company image, 5S Management has been implemented since 2004 and have made a great progress since then. In addition, we have professional inspection equipments such as 3D measurement, video measurement, hardness tester, color-difference meter, standard lamp box, aging testing machine, antifriction testing machine and high temperature testing furnace etc. Our main customers include BT、Samsung、Audioline、DORO、Olympus、Brother、Flextronix、Mazda、Chery、Kyowa and Qian Shi etc. Based on the requirements of our customers, we have produced numerous products including printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, car audios, car air-conditioners, mobile phones and medical and electronics etc. In order to meet the market demand , our company will provide a series of services for our customers, which including mould designing and manufacturing, injection production, spray the oil, silk screen printing, assembly, IMD, etc. Our company will walk toward to high-tech, specialization, sophistication, internationalization. The IMD is our new start, we will apply ourselves to indraught international advanced management mode to optimize our management mode, In 2008, we will introduce ERP system into our company to distribute and reforge the resources effectively, in the same time, we will introduce ISO/TS16949:2002 system into our company, and shoot at to be a professional manufacturer of motor fittings.
